How do we move about the board of life??

We don't want to be someone else's pawn, to be used by another for their personal gain ...viewing us as merely expendable.  But, if we allow ourselves to be used of God, we should never be bored ...and remember, being the least piece on the board is of great value.

A caterpillar can become a butterfly.

An egg can be pecked as someone special, and one day soar as a bird on high.

A pawn is the only piece that can become something else when it reaches the other side. And we too can become what God would have us become.  

And I think that's great ...and rather becoming.
